The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) invites sealed quotations from qualified and experienced contractors for the installation of a false ceiling & other Necessary Maintenance in NRNA Conference Hall. Interested vendors are requested to submit their best quotations considering the specifications below.
Location: NRNA Conference Hall
Ceiling Area: 4,184 Square Feet
Material Preference: Gypsum Board / PVC / Metal support / Electrical work / Painting work
Construction Work: As per BOQ (www.nrna.org)
Work Completion Timeline: 45 days after agreement
Warranty & Maintenance: 2 years after the installation
Required Tender Documents:
Company Registration, Vat Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, Company Profile & Experience letter
Submission Deadline: 2081 Chaitra 25, (07 April 2025)
Extended Submission Deadline: 2082 Baishak 3, (16 April 2025) (Extended)
Submission Method: Sealed quotations must be submitted at NRNA Office.
